We had a really great stay at the Kitano. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the hotel design was tasteful. The Japanese breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, and the rooftop bar was a nice spot to relax.

the sun terrace has a breathtaking view and the leisure room offers a relaxing time. the room was spacious with exclusive advantages including a private spa bath and a comfortable bed. the restaurant and bar lounge had a wide variety of special diet menus. the staff was exceptionally service-oriented and made me feel welcome.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the TV room was not available. But this small setback was outweighed by the private facilities and exceptional service.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was beautifully clean and stylishly appointed. The staff were very cute and tried their best to assist with any queries. The location was great, right by Nagatacho Metro station, making it convenient to explore this city. The breakfast was high quality and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the fact that we could walk to great restaurants from the hotel.

The cleanliness and stylishness of the hotel are also noteworthy. it's a great value for money, with top-notch accommodation and a central location.
